Upon Account closure for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, beecasino will return the verified PHP balance to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to anti-money laundering obligations and any applicable deductions.
All content on the beecasino Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the property of beecasino or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any beecasino content without prior written authorisation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to beecasino's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Players retain the right to pursue claims before competent Philippine courts.
